Cruising around Paine Field a few days ago I spotted this Southwest airlines plane. Any ideas what it is getting done at this airplane outfitter? I'm guessing they are adding ECMs as part of the governments test program in placing various technologies in aircraft. The technologies that prove to be useful would be implemented nationwide think of what kind of uses could be put in effect with a net of 5k+ planes in the sky over the US.
